KLG Group delivered a new-build and extension project creating nine modern residential apartments in Norwood Junction.
 

The works included the structural construction, external envelope, internal layouts, mechanical and electrical services, fire and acoustic measures and full residential fit-out.
 

KLG coordinated the subcontractors, procurement, programme and quality-control process from the main construction phase through to completion.
 

The project was delivered within six months, requiring efficient sequencing between the structural, services and finishing packages. Particular attention was given to maintaining consistency across the apartments and communal areas while progressing the works at pace.
 

The completed development provides modern residential accommodation with practical layouts and a high standard of internal finish. This project reflects KLG Group’s ability to manage urban residential schemes through all major stages of construction and deliver them within demanding programmes.
