KLG Group delivered the specialist commercial fit-out for the Fame Factory visitor attraction at ExCeL London.
 

The brief was to create a visually engaging, durable and immersive environment capable of supporting high visitor numbers within one of London’s leading exhibition venues.

The project included specialist interior installations, bespoke finishes, detailed joinery, lighting coordination and a wide range of fit-out works that had to be carefully sequenced within a highly compressed programme.
 

To achieve the required completion date, KLG implemented a three-shift working pattern, allowing construction to continue around the clock. This required rigorous coordination of labour, logistics, deliveries, quality inspections and handovers between shifts.
 

The project was completed within two months and demonstrates KLG Group’s ability to deliver technically detailed commercial interiors at speed, while maintaining control over quality and the final customer experience.
