KLG Group delivered the successful design-and-build conversion of a mixed-use commercial property in Sydenham into 11 high-specification residential apartments.
The redevelopment required the existing building to be reconfigured and upgraded to meet modern residential standards. The scope included structural alterations, new internal layouts, upgraded mechanical and electrical services, fire compartmentation, acoustic improvements and complete apartment fit-outs.

The works were delivered within an intensive four-month programme. This required early design coordination, efficient procurement and close management of the structural, services and finishing packages.
Despite the compressed timeframe, the project achieved a consistent and high-quality finish across all apartments and communal spaces.
