KLG Group is managing the full construction process, from groundworks, drainage and structural delivery through to the building envelope, services, internal finishes and external works.

A key element of the project is the coordination of construction near an existing sewer. The scheme is therefore being delivered under a formal build-over agreement, requiring detailed foundation design, drainage coordination and compliance with the relevant inspection procedures. The result will be two high-quality family homes combining efficient design, modern energy systems and a considered residential finish.
