KLG Group has been appointed to deliver the complete construction package for a 23-unit residential development in Wembley.

The project begins with site preparation, piling and foundation works before progressing to the reinforced concrete frame and external envelope. KLG is also responsible for window installation, internal partitions, building-services coordination and the complete fit-out of the apartments and communal areas.

The residential units incorporate air-source heat pumps and underfloor heating, providing an efficient, low-carbon alternative to conventional gas-fired heating systems. These installations require detailed coordination with the structural, electrical, screeding and internal finishing packages.

Delivering the project within a 12-month programme requires detailed planning across every stage of the build. Structural, architectural and mechanical packages must be closely coordinated to maintain progress and minimise delays during the fit-out phase.
