Two Luxury Houses, Surbiton

KLG Group successfully delivered two luxury new-build homes in Surbiton, acting as both developer and contractor throughout the project. The scheme was managed from the early planning and design stages through to construction, interior design, commissioning and final handover.
 

The homes were designed around generous living spaces, carefully selected finishes and a strong emphasis on build quality. Air-source heat pumps and underfloor heating were incorporated to provide efficient, low-carbon heating without compromising the clean architectural detailing of the interiors.
 

KLG coordinated the architectural, structural and mechanical design alongside the construction programme and procurement of specialist packages.
 

By retaining responsibility across the complete development process, KLG was able to maintain greater control over quality, cost, design coordination and programme. The project was delivered within nine months and completed to a high standard of craftsmanship, with refined detailing and a premium residential finish throughout.
